Role Description

We're looking for a full-time
Sales Engineer
to join our team. This role acts as a key bridge between prospects/customers and internal product, engineering, and sales teams. You'll translate business needs into high-value technical solutions, support the sales cycle end-to-end, and help shape custom implementations for enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on our products at a functional and technical level.
  • Participate in the sales process from RFI/RFP to contract closing.
  • Work closely with Sales and Biz Dev on scoping, pricing, SOW drafting, and demo environment customization.
  • Lead technical conversations with prospects and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Identify needs, document solution scope, and participate in requirement-scoping sessions with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other teams.
  • Detect technical or functional gaps, propose workarounds, and collaborate with Product & Engineering to define new features when needed.
  • Act as a connector between internal teams and clients, ensuring a smooth and clear communication flow.

Qualifications

  • Advanced/Bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience in similar roles (Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Functional/Technical Analyst, QA, Integrations, etc.).
  • Experience working directly with clients during the sales phase and gathering business/technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Technical background with interest in sales processes and human communication.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, software environments, system integrations, and security.
  • Highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, collaborative, and process-improvement minded.
