Job Description-

C#/.NET F/e WPF

As a Software Engineer within a dynamic, agile team, you will help enhance, build, and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you will lead and deliver critical technology solutions across multiple technical domains and business functions in support of organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute creative software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting
  • Think beyond conventional approaches to solve complex problems and build innovative solutions
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others
  • Identify and implement solutions to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
  • Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical capabilities, and system integration
  • Drive technology awareness by leading communities of practice across Software Engineering
  • Promote and contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Formal training or certification in software development concepts with advanced practical experience
  • Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET
  • Experience in developing multi-threaded applications
  • Strong experience in building middle-tier services at scale
  • Experience in developing responsive front-end UIs using C# (WPF) and modern web technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices
  • Proficiency in software applications and technical processes across domains like cloud, AI/ML, mobile, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading industry and related IT systems
  • Practical experience with cloud-native architectures

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Portfolio Management systems or related Capital Markets applications
  • Proven ability to thrive in Agile environments
  • Solid understanding of modern UI architecture and design patterns
  • Familiarity with data caching technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, etc.
