Buscamos un Fullstack Developer .NET Senior

Seguimos agrandando el equipo con nuestro cliente estrella Tecnom – Scale-up SaaS con un crecimiento de más de 10 años impulsando la transformación digital en el sector automotriz

Queremos sumar a un/a Developer con foco en .NET y apertura para trabajar en front con Angular o React, con mentalidad de producto, foco en calidad y ganas de construir tecnología que impacte en miles de usuarios en toda LATAM.

Vas a ser parte de un equipo que diseña, desarrolla y evoluciona productos propios:

  • Tecnom Sales, nuestro CRM para gestión comercial y postventa.

  • Tecnom Campaigns, la plataforma que automatiza campañas de marketing y comunicación omnicanal.

Tu desafío principal

Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones end-to-end sobre el core tecnológico de Tecnom, integrando backend y frontend con foco en performance, escalabilidad y experiencia de usuario.

Lo que harás

Backend (.NET 10 / C#)

  • Requerido: experiencia sólida en C# / .NET (ASP.NET, REST APIs, testing).

  • Modelar estructuras eficientes en SQL Server, optimizar queries y garantizar performance.

Frontend (Angular o React)

  • Idealmente experiencia en Angular 15+, o React si venís del ecosistema JS moderno.

  • Desarrollar componentes dinámicos, reutilizables y escalables.

  • Participar en refactors de partes legacy en AngularJS.

Bases de datos (SQL Server)

  • Modelar estructuras eficientes, optimizar consultas complejas y garantizar la performance mediante índices y transacciones seguras.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS)

  • Integrarte con servicios como S3, RDS y Lambda y colaborar en pipelines CI/CD.

Colaboración & Mejora Continua

  • Participar en code reviews, aportar buenas prácticas y trabajar codo a codo con Producto y UX.



Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia desarrollando features end-to-end.

  • Dominio sólido de .NET / C# (requerido).

  • Conocimientos avanzados en SQL Server (queries, optimización, performance).

  • Experiencia con Angular o React (idealmente ambos).

  • Prácticas de testing automatizado, control de versiones y revisión de código.

  • Comunicación clara y mentalidad de producto: priorizás valor, claridad y simplicidad.

Sumará puntos si tenés experiencia en entornos SaaS, observabilidad (logs, métricas, tracing), AWS, Docker y CI/CD.
