Ready to go beyond traditional recruiting? Join our Talent Discovery team in Buenos Aires as a Consultant and take ownership of critical talent processes. We are looking for a strategic partner who can identify, attract, and evaluate high-caliber talent across the digital market.

You will manage the end-to-end selection funnel, driving excellence from initial profile key-off to final placement.

• Strategic Sourcing: Define search strategies, advise Hiring Managers on market realities, and ensure perfect cultural and technical fit.

• Operational Excellence: You'll manage candidates throughout the entire funnel and ensure process compliance with defined TD processes.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Design, analyze, and present reports to detect deviations and propose solutions that optimize our talent strategy.

• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse or similar).

• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting.

• Knowledge of the digital market and Argentinian labor legislation.

• Advanced English.
