Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Position Overview:
The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business objectives across the Latin American market. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering a stellar candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting within the LATAM region and a deep understanding of regional market trends and talent landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to specific roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for various functions and levels within the organization.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and align with company culture and values.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure our recruitment practices are current and competitive.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to provide consultative guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the LATAM region.
- Ability to come to the office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of roles and levels within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor markets and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates using innovative and creative sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
