Localisation Program Coordinator - Capacity Management(Argentina)This pivotal role supports the Capacity Management team byoverseeing and dynamically managing the capacity of our reviewer pool. The roleis highly cross -functional, requiring regular interaction with reviewer teamsand internal production teams to ensure seamless project flow.While the majority of projects are processed efficiently viaautomation, requiring minimal oversight, this position demands a level oftechnical proficiency and analytical rigor. Our client's commitment is torelentlessly pursue increased automation, enabling the team to focus on qualityassurance, strategic process improvements, and strengthening key relationshipswith their vendors and clients.Our client operates as a global team, providing ProjectManagement support across all time zones. They manage a dedicated network ofhundreds of linguists, focusing heavily on their training and development,which contributes to their low industry -turnover rate. A key aspect of thisrole is the ability to develop and deliver effective training to both internalteam members and linguists.​Main Duties & Responsibilities➢ Reviewer CapacityManagement➢ Tracking and processingreviewers' holidays➢ Daily follow upactivities, managing extension requests and reassignments, supporting on -timedelivery (OTD)➢ Working with our client'sspecific applications➢ Basic troubleshooting ofinternal and client specific tools➢ Query delegation➢ Running Reports➢ Learning and working withclient -specific tools➢ Ensure consistency acrossthe program, suggest and share best practices➢ Initiate processimprovements, develop the program further➢ Provide support andpartnership to other teams, internally or externally➢ Interact, communicate andcollaborate with various stakeholders - regular meetings, sync -up calls, statusupdates, etc.​RequirementsThe candidate must have/be: - A minimum of 1 year project management experienceworking in Localization - Demonstrated Technical Savvy: A strongaptitude for quickly learning and mastering new technical tools, applications,and complex systems. - Advanced Data & Reporting Skills: High -levelexperience using MS Office suite, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excelskills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation) for reports managementand analysis. - Self -sufficient and reliable, ability and willingness tolearn new tools - Acceptance of working independently with some supportbeing provided remotely - Excellent time management skills and the ability to adaptto change - Ability to communicate clearly in writing (English) andface -to -face online - Excellent attention to detail and customer serviceskills - Ability to work under pressure in a deadline drivenenvironment​Advantageous: - Experience in teaching or training - Previous translation or localization experience - Understanding/experience working with more than onelanguage/culture - Experience with Google online tools such as Drive, Docs,Sheets, etc. - Experience handling high volume of emails - Documenting process - Advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, macros, etc.)
