Project Coordinator

Purpose: The Project Coordinator (PC) is key to the seamless execution of our projects, supporting all stages to ensure operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and adherence to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

Project Coordination & Planning

  • Configure and Initiate: Set up new projects in the TMS/CAT tool, and coordinate the assignment of tasks to all internal and external linguistic resources based on project requirements.
  • Manage Timelines: Plan workflows and actively monitor project schedules, flagging potential delays promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Project Execution & Communication

  • Track and Communicate: Monitor project progress closely, ensuring adherence to schedules and instructions, while maintaining timely and clear communication with internal and external teams.
  • Resolve Proactively: address day-to-day production issues with a resourceful and solution-oriented mindset, escalating to the Project Manager Team Lead as necessary.

Project Delivery & Support

  • Ensure Quality: Perform PC final quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, managing client feedback and coordinating necessary revision requests.
  • Drive Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) processes and actively contribute insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your experience & strengths

  • Advanced student or degree in Administration, Translation, Communication, or related field.
  • Fully bilingual: English/Spanish and tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to platforms (CAT/TMS experience is a plus).
  • Experience desirable in project coordination, especially with remote international teams in the localization industry.
  • Driven by a Resourcefulness, Accountability, and Customer Focus mindset, prioritizing Efficiency, Adaptability, and Effective Communication.
