Description

Buscamos un AI Engineer altamente especializado para unirse al equipo responsable del desarrollo y evolución de nuestro framework de Inteligencia Artificial diseñado para acelerar, automatizar y hacer medible todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC).

Este rol combina ingeniería avanzada, colaboración con clientes y pensamiento estratégico. El/la ingeniero/a será responsable de diseñar, integrar y optimizar agentes de IA, asegurar la correcta adopción del framework por parte de los equipos de desarrollo del cliente y contribuir a la innovación y evolución continua del producto.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades Principales

1. Gestión de Solicitudes del Cliente

·     Asistir a reuniones con clientes para comprender requerimientos y solicitudes de mejora del producto.

·     Traducir las necesidades del cliente en especificaciones técnicas accionables.

·     Priorizar solicitudes según impacto de negocio y viabilidad técnica.

2. Diseño y Desarrollo de Funcionalidades

·     Proponer, diseñar y programar nuevos módulos de IA o mejoras del framework (algoritmos de ML clásico hasta Agentic AI)

·     Implementar y optimizar agentes de IA usando LangGraph, MCPs y diferentes LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, etc.).

·     Realizar pruebas unitarias e integraciones antes del despliegue.

·     Asegurar compatibilidad retroactiva con implementaciones previas del cliente.

3. Integración y Adopción con el Cliente

·     Colaborar con los equipos técnicos del cliente para garantizar una integración fluida.

·     Configurar entornos multi-nube

·     Asistir en la selección y configuración de modelos y entornos de ejecución.

·     Documentar y compartir mejores prácticas sobre adopción de orquestación de IA.

4. Monitoreo y Mejora Continua

·     Monitorear el desempeño del framework y el comportamiento de los agentes de IA.

·     Proponer mejoras iterativas basadas en retroalimentación de usuarios.

·     Analizar métricas de salud del sistema (latencia, fiabilidad, precisión).

·     Contribuir al roadmap del producto con insights derivados de proyectos reales.

5. Optimización y Experimentación con Modelos

·     Experimentar con optimización de modelos de ML Clásico, Deep Learning, prompts, fine-tuning y gestión de contexto para Gen AI y NLP.

·     Evaluar nuevos modelos o frameworks agentic para mejorar desempeño.

  • ·     Ejecutar pruebas A/B controladas para medir impacto de cambios en modelos.
Prerequisites

Requerimientos Técnicos

Desarrollo de Frameworks y Agentes de IA

·     Machine Learning / Deep Learning: Manejo de librerías TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy y Pandas. Conocimiento fundamental de algoritmos como kNN, SVM, RF, DNN, CNN, así como de métricas de desempeño (recall, precision, TPR, TNR, F1-score, etc.)

·     LangGraph / LangChain: dominio en orquestación multiagente, paso de contexto y lógica de ejecución.

·     Model Context Protocol (MCP): experiencia desarrollando o integrando herramientas basadas en MCP (IDE, CI/CD, testing).

·     LLM Integration & Fine-Tuning: experiencia con OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, Claude, o modelos open-source (Llama 3, Mistral, Falcon).

·     Agentic AI Systems: conocimiento de bucles de razonamiento, gestión de memoria y contexto.

·     AI Observability: capacidad para medir desempeño, latencia y drift de modelos.

Infraestructura y Nube

·     Experiencia en ecosistemas multicloud.

·     Dominio de Docker y Kubernetes para despliegue y escalabilidad.

·     Conocimientos en CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Ingeniería de Datos y APIs

·     Experiencia con Data Lakes y NoSQL.

·     Construcción de ETL/ELT pipelines para consolidación de métricas.
