Seeko is an AI-native sales training platform helping sales teams at technical product companies master product knowledge. We transform dense documentation into engaging learning experiences — AI-generated podcasts, interactive quizzes, and role‑play coaching. Think "NotebookLM for sales teams." We’re venture‑backed and working with design partners in the dev‑tools and healthtech spaces. The Role We’re looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to join as a founding team member. This isn’t a "ticket executor" role — you’ll own technical direction, shape architecture decisions, and ship features end‑to‑end. You’ll work directly with the CEO (technical background) and collaborate closely with the product team. Type: Contract‑to‑hire What You’ll Work On Core product features — content generation, podcast creation, quiz/assessment flows, role‑play functionality AI integrations — working with Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, and Cartesia (voice) APIs Full‑stack ownership — frontend UI, backend APIs, database schema, deployment Foundational architecture — your decisions will shape how this system scales Frontend: React 18, Vite, TypeScript, TanStack Query, ShadcnUI, Tailwind AI: Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, Cartesia What We’re Looking For Must have: 5+ years building production web applications Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience Comfortable across the full stack (React + backend APIs + databases) Experience with or strong interest in LLM APIs Self‑directed — you’ll have real ownership, not hand‑holding Nice to have: Startup experience Experience with monorepos, tRPC, or Prisma Built AI/LLM‑powered products before Mindset Ownership mentality — you see a problem, you fix it Bias toward shipping — perfect is the enemy of good Clear communicator — remote and async‑friendly Hungry — this is a founding team role, not a 9‑5 Why Join Founding team equity — meaningful stake, not token options Real ownership — shape the product and architecture Tight feedback loops — working directly with customers, you’ll see impact fast AI‑native product — if you’re excited about LLMs, you’ll be in your element Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus founding team equity.
