About The Role We’re hiring our first international Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of end‑to‑end product features, from database design to frontend components. This is a senior, backend‑leaning role (roughly 70/30 backend/frontend) for engineers who thrive in fast‑moving environments, write clean, maintainable code, and are ready to shape the technical foundation of our first engineering office in Argentina. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable backend services, contribute to frontend features where needed, and establish technical best practices. Your work will directly impact thousands of repair shops and help scale a platform that’s redefining an entire industry. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain backend services in Node.js/Express with TypeScript. Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, queries, and performance optimization. Implement APIs and integrations with external systems and internal services. Ensure backend systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. Build and maintain frontend components in TypeScript, using React/Next.js. Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and user flows into responsive, high‑quality UI. Ensure robust, maintainable, and low‑defect code. Write and maintain unit tests. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback. Engage in architectural discussions and system design decisions. Work cross‑functionally with PMs, designers, and non‑technical stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines. Deliver high‑quality features quickly in a fast‑paced startup environment. Leadership & Growth Help define engineering standards (coding style, testing, CI/CD) for our international team. Serve as the anchor engineer for the São Paulo office, with potential to grow into mentorship or leadership as the team expands. Model best practices in communication, collaboration, and technical execution. Qualifications Must‑Have 7+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong backend focus (70/30 backend/frontend split preferred). Experience in SaaS development, ideally in B2B or infrastructure‑heavy environments. Proficiency in Node.js/Express with TypeScript. Track record of end‑to‑end project ownership (database to production). Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. Active contributor to code reviews and improving team code quality. Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines. Strong collaboration skills with PMs, designers, and non‑technical stakeholders. Written and spoken fluency in English. Nice‑to‑Have Frontend expertise in React/Next.js. Experience building integration test frameworks. Prior mentorship or leadership experience. Experience working in high‑growth startups, navigating fast‑moving environments, evolving priorities, and scaling engineering teams or products. Why Join Revv?
