Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Software Engineer oriented to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (Python, AI Agent, MLOps, RAG, NumPy, Pandas), someone who also has wide experience in enterprise infrastructure, On-Premise and Cloud, and working in agile teams leveraging the tools that enable success such as CI/CD pipelines and following best practices. Responsibilities Own the development of new customer-facing AI solutions and product experiences Develop and use modern software engineering practices to deploy ML solutions at scale, including building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Work together with a team of professional engineers with the objective of automating processes, deploying and building infrastructure as code and managing the architecture of multicloud systems. To Participate in agile ceremonies, weekly demos and such. To Communicate your daily commitments. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant work experience. Experience with building and maintaining infrastructure for model performance evaluation, including data collection, preprocessing, and analysis Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, and experience with developing and deploying machine learning models in production Solid understanding of DevOps CI CD and monitoring. Experience with Agile ceremonies. Passionate about good engineering practices and testing. Ability to organize, prioritize and communicate daily/weekly goals. You like to learn, are curious, humble and like to get things done. Passion for working in a customer facing setting. In case of living in Buenos Aires, you have to assist to the office once every two weeks. Required Skills Proficient with Python.
