Estamos buscando un/a Fullstack Team Lead (.NET + )

Buscamos un perfil
hands-on
, con fuerte criterio técnico y experiencia liderando equipos, para sumarse a un
producto SaaS con impacto internacional
.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

  • Liderar técnicamente un equipo fullstack
  • Participar activamente en el desarrollo (.NET + )
  • Diseñar y tomar decisiones de arquitectura
  • Revisar PRs y asegurar calidad de código
  • Optimizar performance (APIs, queries, procesos)
  • Hacer mentoring y elevar el nivel del equipo
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el App Lead y Producto

¿Qué buscamos?

  • +7 años de experiencia en desarrollo con
    .NET (C#) y SQL
  • Experiencia real en
    desarrollo fullstack (.NET + )
  • Sólidos conocimientos en
    arquitectura y patrones de diseño
  • Experiencia en
    AWS
  • Haber liderado equipos técnicos
  • Perfil con criterio, foco en impacto y buena comunicación
