We're currently partnering with one of our global clients to support the evolution of their internal business operations system. This platform is used across multiple countries and locations and serves as a centralized hub for managing, tracking, and coordinating business activities worldwide. Our focus will be on maintaining system performance, addressing bugs, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring continuous monitoring to support a seamless user experience. As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction of the platform, acting as a key point of contact for the client, mentoring the development team, and remaining hands-on to deliver high-impact outcomes while ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience. Hard Skills:
  • Experience with cloud software design and architectures
  • Solid background with React and
  • Working knowledge on relational DB and SQL, including experience with either MySQL or SQL Server
  • Previous experience leading multicultural and distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with Boomi iPaaS or similar integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Azure Logic Apps).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • High quality organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience leading technical teams distributed in different locations.
Nice to have/It is a plus:
  • Experience with Docker
  • Working knowledge  with AWS or Azure
