¿Qué desafíos te esperan en este rol?
  • Diseñar y gobernar políticas de identidad, acceso y segmentación multi-account (SCP, IAM, cross-account architecture).
  • Implementar controles preventivos (baselines, least privilege, encryption-by-default), y controles detectivos (Security Hub standards, CloudWatch/CloudTrail analytics, GuardDuty findings).
  • Definir e implementar AWS Config Rules (parametrizadas y no-parametrizadas) y automatizar remediaciones.
  • Gestionar y elevar el nivel de cumplimiento frente a CIS, NIST, PCI u otros marcos regulatorios.
  • Trabajar con equipos de arquitectura, DevOps y data para asegurar adoptación segura: pipelines, CI/CD, ECR scanning, secretos, rotación, Zero Trust.
  • Liderar runbooks de incident response en AWS, coordinación postmortem y hardening continuo.
    Evaluar herramientas y servicios (WAF, Shield, Inspector, Macie, EDR) y liderar adopción.
    Reporting ejecutivo periódico sobre postura de seguridad, desviaciones y roadmap.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comprobable (5–8+ años) en seguridad Cloud, con foco avanzado en AWS.

  • Dominio sólido de identidad, acceso, MFA, federation, IAM boundaries, SCPs y Organizations.

  • Conocimiento experto en servicios nativos de seguridad: AWS Config (rules), Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, CloudTrail, Detective, Control Tower.

  • Fuertes capacidades de automatización con IaC (Terraform o CloudFormation) y seguridad como código (policy-as-code, OPA, Conftest, Checkov).

  • Conocimiento de frameworks y compliance: CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS.

  • Experiencia en hardening de workloads (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, S3) y cifrado (KMS, HSM).

  • Experiencia en gestión de incidentes cloud y respuesta forense básica en AWS.

  • Inglés técnico.

Será valorado: 

  • Certificaciones AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CISM, CISSP o GIAC.

  • Experiencia en Kubernetes/EKS con políticas de red, RBAC, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco/Sysdig.

  • Experiencia en automatización de findings (Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge, SOAR).

  • Experiencia en DLP, tokenización funcional y privacidad de datos.

  • Background previo en auditoría o compliance.

  • Experiencia con herramientas de IaC scanning, SAST, DAST, SCA y SBOM.

  • Conocimiento de SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Chronicle, Sentinel).
