Job DescriptionDue to business and team development, Miratech is looking for a Procurement Specialist to enhance procurement oversight and ensure compliance with company policies. The specialist will support procurement reviews, analyze financial and contractual data, and assist in optimizing supplier collaboration. This role requires a hands-on approach to working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth procurement operations and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and initiate cost optimization.
- Verifying payments in the internal payment system against contracts and internal policies.
- Oversee and facilitate the process of competitive bidding.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech's strategic vendors.
- Maintain a procurement competence centre to support best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Support continuous improvement in procurement processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards.
- Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement compliance, financial control or other roles involving contract management and/or internal procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail when reviewing contracts, payments, and related documentation.
- Results-oriented and confident in decision-making; good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in multinational and cross-border environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus)
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
