Role Summary

Graphic designer with a Creative Strategist mindset. Design ads and social assets, edit short-form video, and grow into landing pages, emails, and websites. No engineering background required—just excellent taste and fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads, carousels, thumbnails, and social assets.
• Edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): hooks, pacing, captions.
• Build simple landing pages and email layouts using templates.
• Translate briefs and research into clear creative angles and A/B tests.
• Maintain brand systems in Figma; deliver assets clean and on time.

Requirements

• Based in Nicaragua, remote.
• Strong portfolio of social ads and short-form video.
• Figma plus Adobe/CapCut/Premiere/AE (your stack).
• Detail-driven: hierarchy, spacing, readability, motion timing.
• Coachable, fast learner, comfortable with feedback and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or AE.
• Builders: Webflow/Framer/WordPress or email tools.
• UGC-style editing experience.

Compensation (Paid Trial)

• 1-month paid trial:
  $500 USD/month
