Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven
Content Growth Marketer
to lead and elevate our
Email and SMS/MMS creative campaigns and automations
. This role sits at the intersection of
creative strategy, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth
—driving both the vision and execution behind high-performing content across Shapermint and Truekind.

You will collaborate closely with Growth Marketing Leads & Managers and guide the work of designers and copywriters to ensure creative excellence, brand alignment, and measurable performance outcomes.

  1. Lead the full creative strategy for Email & SMS across Shapermint and Truekind, ensuring impact, alignment, and speed.
  2. Develop high-performing campaigns, automation flows, product launches, and retention sequences.
  3. Transform insights, benchmarks, and customer behavior into compelling copy and creative direction.
  4. Own end-to-end creative execution (briefs, scripts, messaging frameworks, QA).
  5. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to produce on-brand, conversion-driven assets.
  6. Ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling across lifecycle and performance channels.
  7. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, Revenue, Engagement) and translate them into clear optimizations.
  8. Conduct ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, design, hooks, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  9. Benchmark top competitors and eCom leaders, bringing innovative content angles and new best practices.
  10. Support Growth, Retention, and Product teams with creative insights that elevate strategic decisions.
  11. Maintain high creative velocity while ensuring accuracy, compliance, personalization, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience
    in Email & SMS marketing, ideally in fast-paced DTC environments.
  • Proven ability to create, optimize, and scale high-performing lifecycle campaigns and flows.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, segmentation, automation, and retention frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams (copy, design) to build quality assets.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; strong command of performance metrics and insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to move fast, manage multiple priorities, and execute at high quality.
  • Passion for testing, customer psychology, and continuous optimization.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
