Vendor Business Manager – Stock & Sell

Responsable de gestionar la relación con Dell y ejecutar la venta transaccional de inventario (PC y laptops de volumen) para maximizar rotación, margen y participación de mercado. Rol 100% orientado a stock, con ciclos de venta cortos y alta velocidad de ejecución.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar el business plan de Dell y campañas tácticas para mover stock (precios, bundles, promociones).
  • Monitorear la salud del inventario (aging, mix de SKU, cobertura) y recomendar acciones de reposición y liquidación controlada.
  • Comunicar internamente programas y beneficios del vendor; actuar como referente (SME) del portafolio y programas de Dell (rebates, MDF, co-op).
  • Apoyar negociaciones de precio y condiciones con Ventas/Producto, aportando insight competitivo y elasticidad de demanda.
  • Gestionar propuestas de funding incremental y medir su impacto en sell-through y rentabilidad.
  • Elaborar reportería y análisis de desempeño (rotación, margen, participación), y mantener forecast de demanda y proyección de rebates.
  • Operar y aprovechar los portales de Dell para precios, programas, disponibilidad y reportes, asegurando datos precisos y oportunos.
  • Coordinar de forma cross-funcional con Ventas, Producto, Supply Chain y Finanzas para una ejecución ágil y alineada a objetivos.

Requisitos

  • 1–3 años de experiencia en distribución/canal/BDM, preferentemente con Dell o categorías de PC/laptops de volumen.
  • Experiencia comprobable en venta transaccional y manejo de inventario (múltiples cierres diarios, ciclos cortos).
  • Habilidades analíticas (Excel/BI) para modelar pricing, forecast y rentabilidad; fuerte orientación a datos y resultados.
  • Alta proactividad, autonomía y sentido de urgencia; capacidad de priorizar y ejecutar en entornos de alto ritmo.
  • Competencias de negociación, gestión de stakeholders y comunicación efectiva a nivel interno y con el vendor.
  • Formación: título universitario o experiencia equivalente. Idiomas: español fluido; inglés intermedio/avanzado deseable.
