Objetivo del puesto:
Gestionar la recepción, preparación y entrega de mercadería (principalmente de Dell), coordinando el flujo completo desde la llegada del producto hasta su entrega al cliente, incluyendo soporte en facturación y seguimiento de órdenes.Responsabilidades principales:

Gestión de inventario y logística:

  • Recepción de mercadería en depósito u oficina (control de cantidades, estado y números de serie).
  • Preparación de pedidos y coordinación de entregas de stock.
  • Organización y separación de pedidos para clientes locales y del interior del país.
  • Coordinación con transporte: generación de guías, contacto con transportistas y seguimiento de envíos.
  • Mantenimiento del orden y control de inventario en depósito (próximo a la oficina).
  • Manejo de entregas urgentes según requerimientos del cliente.

Seguimiento de órdenes:

  • Control del estado de las órdenes desde su salida de aduana hasta la entrega final.
  • Actualización de información en sistemas internos.
  • Comunicación con clientes y áreas internas para asegurar cumplimiento de plazos.

Soporte en facturación:

  • Asistencia en la emisión de facturas, especialmente en períodos de alta demanda.
  • Uso del sistema de facturación para pedidos entregados.
  • Coordinación con el equipo de facturación para asegurar exactitud y tiempos de emisión.
Perfil requerido:
  • Experiencia previa en depósito, logística, preparación y entrega de pedidos (idealmente en empresas de e-commerce, distribución o tecnología).
  • Conocimiento básico de procesos de facturación y disposición para aprender el sistema interno.
  • Capacidad de organización y manejo de múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes, transporte y equipos internos.
  • Proactividad y disposición para apoyar en áreas fuera de la tarea principal cuando sea necesario.
