Finance & HR Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive FIN & HR Jr Analyst to support operational tasks across Finance and HR. This role involves handling daily accounting activities, assisting and supporting HR and FIN processes, ensuring smooth operations, and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Support financial daily processes. Manage accounting tasks: bank reconciliations, invoicing, bookkeeping.

  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with accounting for timely month-end and year-end closings.

  • Support client/vendor billing, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.. Ensure HR policies are updated and signed.

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR-related queries.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.

  • Assist HR Lead with daily operational processes and help organize internal events.

Requirements:

  • Student or trainee in Accounting or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in other office tools is highly valued.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Availability for a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension.
