Sr. Qa Automation

Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments, is seeking a QA Automation Specialist to strengthen our Technology team and ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our digital products

As a QA Automation Specialist, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript with Appium, while executing functional, regression, and end-to-end mobile tests. You will collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards.

This position involves a highly detail-oriented professional who focuses on the UI/UX aspects, providing feedback and helping to improve the overall quality of the look and feel user experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform functional, regression, E2E and performance tests across different mobile applications.

· Validate user interaction states such as loading, success, error, and empty states to ensure clear feedback for end users.

· Use Postman to create, maintain, and automate API test collections.

· Validate data integrity and perform different queries across SQL Server and PostgreSQL

· Contribute to manual test applications across different devices, screen sizes, POS devices, WebViews, and connectivity scenarios.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, test automation strategy, and observability of the systems under test.

· Actively review UI/UX consistency, identifying usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and friction points in critical user flows.

What We're Looking For

· Experience testing Apps and Microservices, logs review and Job monitoring.

· Hands-on experience with Postman for API validation and automation.

· Experience in automation using JavaScript (ideally also Typescript) and Appium for mobile tests development.

· Knowledge working with Azure services (Azure DevOps, App Service).

· Knowledge of GitHub for version control and CI workflows and GIT Repositories.

· Experience working with SQL Server. (different kinds of queries)

· Ability to write clear test plans, strategies, and technical documentation.

· Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to work cross-functionally in agile environments and communicate technical findings clearly.

Nice to Have

· Knowledge of JMeter for performance testing.

· Experience with Selenium for UI automation (desirable but not required).

· Experience working with Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows.

· Basic understanding of UX heuristics and usability principles.

· Experience working with design systems or validating flows against Figma designs.

· Experience testing multi-tenant or white-label applications.
