Misión del puesto

  • Implementar soluciones de QA automation
  • Tener la capacidad analítica para poder estimar tiempos y recursos de forma ágil.
  • Capacidad de autonomía y proactividad.
  • Fomentar la mejora continua
  • Garantizar la calidad del producto según los estándares definidos.
  • Apoyar al líder para mejorar la calidad del departamento de desarrollo
  • Documentar y reportar resultados.
  • Tener una capacidad de adaptabilidad que permita mejorar el flujo de trabajo.

Requisitos

  • +2 años de experiencia como QA Automation (Python, Selenium y/o Cypress, Playwright)
  • Conocimiento en LLMs, prompting (Excluyente)
  • Diseño de casos de prueba.
  • Bases de datos relacionales (Ej. MySQL) y documentales (Ej. MongoDB)
  • Metodologías ágiles: Scrum, Kanban
  • Herramientas de testing como TestRail.
  • Herramientas de gestión de tareas como Jira.
  • Uso de IA.
  • Cursando o graduado de carreras de tecnología o a fines.
