JOB FUNCTIONS
- Translate marketing and communication objectives into comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and new services within the account.
- Define and oversee influencer strategies aligned with product launches, always-on campaigns, and key brand moments.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team assigned to the account (Account Managers, Executives, Strategists).
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing agencies.
- Proven experience leading large-scale or regional accounts.
- Solid knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Argentina.
- Experience working with FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands (preferred).
- Strategic mindset with strong business orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Analytical skills with a strong results-driven approach.
- Strong organization, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
