Joining our team means working in a truly global environment, collaborating with colleagues across regions, and contributing to projects that shape compensation strategies worldwide.

The Wow

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting global and regional compensation programs, with a strong focus on Latin America. This position is perfect for professionals who have solid experience in rewards and are looking for a role that offers international exposure and career growth opportunities.

You'll work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with global standards. Occasional travel may be required, but it will not be a regular part of the role.

A taster of what you will be involved with:
  • Support global and LATAM compensation processes, including annual salary, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and maintain up-to-date compensation ranges across regions.
  • Analyse compensation and workforce data to generate insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and external compensation providers to ensure accurate and competitive compensation structures.
  • Uphold governance standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Confidently challenge proposals or exceptions using data-driven reasoning.
  • Maintain and enhance compensation tools, systems, and data accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support benefits administration and vendor management across LATAM and global markets.
  • Contribute to global rewards projects and process improvements to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to HR and managers on compensation philosophy, job levelling, and pay decisions.
What we are looking for:
  • 2-5 years' of experience in compensation/rewards, ideally with LATAM exposure.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation tools is a plus.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • A confident communicator who can influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
Why Join Us?
  • Influence key decisions in an environment where data-driven insights truly matter.
  • Thrive within a global team of innovators who value collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Be part of a publicly listed company with strong market recognition.
  • Work on global projects while based in Argentina.
  • Gain exposure to international best practices and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Much like a rollercoaster, life at Betsson Group is fast-paced, full of twists and turns, and always exciting. With more than 2,800 colleagues representing over 75 nationalities across a global network of offices - including 1,500 at our operational headquarters in Malta - every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. It may not be for the faint-hearted, but if you thrive on innovation, enjoy pushing boundaries and want to be part of a diverse, international team, then you'll fit right in at Betsson.
