Job Description Strategy

● Assist in the development of strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the compensation and benefits initiatives in Argentina.
● Participate in development of remuneration strategy and its execution.
● Work closely with HRBPs and multiple stakeholders to identify business needs and improve compensation and benefits processes.
● Research industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefits projects.
● Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation proposals. Administration
● Administer and coordinate the compensation and benefits initiatives as well as monitoring and calculating the effectiveness of the initiatives and its related communication efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.

Reporting:
● Support in data and analytics to conduct analysis to generate meaningful insights for recommendations
● Support in salary benchmarking and proposal, compensation analysis, annual increment and bonus, long term and short term incentives, job grading, etc.
● Familiarity with WTW methodology is a plus.
● Review current ways of collecting data and propose improvements to increase efficiency and improve data quality
● Run people cost analysis.
● Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analysing and reporting relevant data from various sources.
● Provide regular and customised reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
● Build interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI

Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree.
● Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies are a plus.
● Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
● Analytical with strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
● Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
