Part-Time Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to interested parties to convert them into customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients using CRM systems and phone management tools.
- Messaging: Respond to messages and calls from potential customers
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems such as Monday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1+)
- Availability of 20 hours per week
- Prior Phone Sales Experience: Experience in direct selling environments.
- Phone Management Tools: Experience with phone management tools like RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or equivalent.
- Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
- Up to $800 + commissions paid biweekly in USD or local currency.
