Head Chef
who not only excels in culinary artistry but also demonstrates exceptional leadership and operational acumen. Your Role Will Include:
Culinary Creativity & Leadership:
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality standards, following our fixed menu while encouraging innovation and creative expression.
- Lead the kitchen in crafting and executing dishes that not only meet but exceed our quality standards.
- Foster a creative atmosphere where innovative ideas are encouraged and every plate becomes a work of art.
- Team Development & Training:
- Mentor and train your kitchen team, ensuring that every member understands and embodies our high standards.
- Inspire your team through clear communication, supportive leadership, and shared passion.
- Operational Excellence & Cost Management:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including cost control, expense monitoring, and ensuring a punctual supply of ingredients.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the highest quality.
- Quality & Consistency:
- Guarantee that every dish is consistently excellent in presentation and taste.
- Continuously monitor quality and safety standards to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with other departments to create a seamless and innovative guest experience.

What Do You Need to Apply?
- Extensive experience in kitchen leadership, with a proven track record in fine dining, high standard environments or Michelin-recommended establishments.
- A deep passion for gastronomy and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of kitchen operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong operational skills, including cost control, inventory management, and efficiency optimization.
- Professional-level English (B2 minimum) for effective communication with colleagues and international guests.
- A proactive, innovative attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
