What you will do in this role Aligned with the new LatAm Region Organization and part of LatAm Distribution and Business Transformation, the Head of Business Transformation will drive the regional ‘change’ agenda, developing and executing a technology‑driven transformation agenda, creating differentiated business value proposition & measurable P&L impact. The main responsibilities are Accelerating and coordinating LATAM's pace of digital transformation in the different countries Identifying opportunities for synergies across the region with a focus on improving the digital customer journey Researching the different markets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies through technology and automation in the customer journey Acting as a nexus between the different countries in the region as well as creating and promoting a platform to foster collaboration and exchange of best practices Working with cross‑functional teams to design and implement improvements in the Customer Digital Journey Adding value to market leaders through coaching, insight‑sharing, and facilitating the implementation of new high‑impact transformation initiatives To help you succeed, you need to have At least 10 years of experience working in technology‑related management roles in insurance and/or financial services companies 10+ years of leadership experience driving major cross‑functional global programs in a highly matrixed organization Experience in business, digital, engineering, technology plus insurance domain or financial services knowledge Experience working in different countries/regions and ability to drive multiple teams globally Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with postgraduate or master studies Fluent in Spanish and English And it will be a plus if you Knowledge of Portuguese The benefits we offer Hybrid work mode Learning and development programs Discounts at universities Health insurance for the family group In‑company gym Child care reimbursement Connectivity reimbursement Day off for birthdays Cultural heritage day off Flex Fridays Healthy breakfast with seasonal fruits Garage Agreement with SportClub for the employee and direct relatives Agreement with "Club de Beneficios" purchases of warehouse products And more Join MetLife and let’s find out what we can build together #J-18808-Ljbffr
