Lo que Harás

  • Ser el experto de referencia para llamadas, correos electrónicos y tickets entrantes de clientes e ingenieros de campo.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de forma remota, o escalar cuando sea necesario.
  • Supervisar las colas de tickets y garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA.
  • Utilizar nuestros sistemas de conocimiento para encontrar soluciones rápidamente y compartir información con el equipo.
  • Hacerte responsable de cada incidencia, desde el primer contacto hasta la resolución final.
  • Mantener informados a los interesados cuando las soluciones tarden más de lo esperado.
  • Monitorear sistemas y eventos para anticipar las necesidades del cliente antes de que surjan.
  • Validary otorgar acceso a usuarios siguiendo los procedimientos y reglas de aprobación preaprobadas por el cliente.
