We're looking for an experienced
Accounting Manager
to lead multiple client accounts, oversee accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting for one of our clients. In this role, you'll guide a talented team, manage client relationships, and help business leaders make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Lead the
month-end close process
and prepare timely, accurate financial statements.

Review team deliverables for compliance with
US GAAP
.

Conduct client meetings to discuss financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.

Prepare
journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses
.

Maintain
cash flow reports
, forecasts, and financial models.

Operational Accounting Oversight
Oversee
A/R, A/P, billing, payroll, and inventory accounting
functions.

Ensure timely invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Provide financial insights to improve
cash flow and operational efficiency
.

Process Improvement & Systems Management
Optimize accounting workflows using:
QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite
, Airbase, Expensify, or Concur
Gusto, ADP
, or similar payroll platforms

Integrations with
Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and PayPal
Identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements.

Technical Expertise & Compliance
Apply strong knowledge of
US GAAP
and best accounting practices.

Support
tax compliance
, including sales tax, R&D credits, and 1099/W9 filings.

Maintain compliance with
local, state, and federal
financial regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

A
seasoned background in accounting
, ideally from
public accounting or client services
.

Expertise in
financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance
.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Strong
communication and client relationship management
skills.

Proven ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines
effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
outsourced accounting or consulting environments
.

Knowledge of
financial system integrations
and
automation tools
.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or team supervision.
