We're hiring a bilingual Medical Payment Reconciliation Manager

At
Kansas City Clinic Advisors
, we're looking for a bilingual Payment Reconciliation Manager to join our Medical team. This is a key role that supports physicians in the United States by comparing health insurance payments from payers to contracted rates, identifying underpayments, and following up with payers to resolve discrepancies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming insurance payments and compare them to contracted fee schedules using internal software tools.
  • Identify and document differences between expected and actual payments.
  • Research and verify reasons for discrepancies, such as rate misapplications, system errors, or payer processing issues.
  • Contact payers through online portals or other communication channels to request corrections or additional payments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation activities in company systems.
  • Collaborate with finance and contract teams to ensure accuracy of rate data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work aligned with the Central Time Zone (CST) - 11am to 8pm Arg hours.


Requirements:

  • Proficient English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reconciliation, or related analytical role.
  • Specific experience with payment reconciliation in banking, accounting, healthcare, or insurance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP, CRM, or revenue management platforms.
  • Organized, methodical, and comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare or insurance systems (a plus but not required since training will be provided).


About the Role & the Company:


Hybrid position
(offices in Palermo).


Full-time schedule
(11am to 8pm Arg hours - 5 days a week).
