 is a fast-growing fintech in Argentina, currently in an exciting 
expansion and growth phase
. Our platform offers innovative digital payment solutions, multi-currency accounts, and financial services that connect traditional finance with emerging technologies.

As we scale, we're looking for an 
Operations Manager
 to join our team and help us build, optimize, and lead our local operations with a hands-on mindset and a strong understanding of the Argentinian financial ecosystem.

As 
Operations Manager
, you'll support the daily execution of our operations, help build scalable internal processes, and maintain key relationships with banks, providers, and ecosystem partners.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, organized, and solutions-driven — with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments and drive results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations: payments, compliance, internal workflows, and customer support.
  • Implement and improve operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with our MLRO and legal team to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate directly with banks, payment providers, and vendors to ensure smooth business continuity.
  • Work alongside product, tech, and commercial teams to support aligned execution across departments.
  • Track operational KPIs and support strategic reporting for leadership.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all services and channels.
  • Provide local insight and operational support to help MPay grow in Argentina and beyond.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience
     in operations roles within fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments related to PSPs, payments, or fintech operations in Argentina.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in 
    Spanish
    ; proficiency in 
    English
     is a plus.
