Sr. Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the Financial and Management Reporting of Argentina's entities and to ensure that internal processes are in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will come with strong accounting knowledge and skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for all finance and accounting matters
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with HQ Finance to ensure local practices are in accordance with Group's policies and local regulations.
• Develop financial and tax strategies for the companies in the regions
• Partner with business team to execute business strategy
• Represent the companies with the external parties, like banks, tax authorities and other
• Plan and involve in process improvement projects on an on-going basis
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Key Job Requirements
Academic Background, Certifications and Work Experience
• Minimum 12 years of working experience, preferably with audit managerial experience in Big 4
• Proven leadership track record; able to work independently and a strong team player.
• Experience in tech-company is a plus
• ACCA or equivalent qualification and/or Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Key Competencies Required
• Familiar with US GAAP
• Familiar with Argentina taxes
• Experience with process improvement
• Knowledge in ORACLE and Hyperion accounting software
