Misión: Brindar servicios de asesoría, incluido soporte contable y regulatorio para la conversión e implementación de GAAP; Asistencia para OPI y otras ofertas públicas, contabilidad de transacciones y asistencia con informes financieros (asignación de precios de compra, contabilidad de desinversiones); soporte a procesos y controles contables (remediación, contabilidad de contratos a largo plazo y contabilidad de costos).

Como parte del equipo de Assurance trabajarás en conjunto con managers y senior managers de FAAS en diversos proyectos.

Principales tareas

  • Redacción y diseño de políticas contables.
  • Investigación y asesoramiento técnico contable.
  • Soporte de consolidación y compilación
  • Soporte en el proceso de cierre de estados financieros.
  • Auditoría de corrección y preparación
  • Servicios de benchmarking y análisis de mercado.


Requisitos
  • Buen conocimiento de las NIIF/GAAP de EE. UU. y Reino Unido. Contabilidad e informes de transacciones: IPO, SPAC, Carve Outs, PPA (No excluyente)
  • experiencia en transactions o m&a (venta, fusión y adquisión de empresas)
  • Buen conocimiento de las normas de contabilidad y auditoría.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, presentación y redacción técnica en ingles.
  • Capacidad y nivel de comodidad para investigar las consultas de los clientes y los problemas emergentes, incluidas las regulaciones,
  • 2-5 años en Seguros, incluido al menos 1 año de experiencia en Auditoria externa.
  • Dominio avanzado del idioma ingles (excluyente), se reporta a E.E.U.U
