KPMG Delivery Network is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Global Immigration Engagement Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader, leveraging technology and international collaboration to deliver exceptional client service
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, draft, and submit immigration applications, including making payments and timely follow-ups.
- Manage client engagement mailboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly client reports.
- Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update applicant records in the immigration tracking system.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take necessary actions.
- Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in immigration, Australia Inbound compliance, or with a recognized immigration service provider.
- Undergraduate university degree preferred.
- Global Talent Visa, etc.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes, particularly Australia Inbound compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
