uscamos un/a Key Account Manager con base en Neuquén para que se sume a nuestro equipo Comercial.

Desafíos

  • Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave de la región (particularmente vinculadas a energía, oil & gas e industrias con alta demanda de protección laboral).
  • Implementar la estrategia comercial en la zona, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, cobertura y rentabilidad.
  • Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con distribuidores, clientes B2B y B2C, identificando oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento de portafolio.
  • Coordinar acciones con Gerencia Comercial, Marketing y Operaciones para asegurar disponibilidad de producto, activaciones comerciales y excelencia en el servicio.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en roles de KAM, Ejecutivo/a Comercial, Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas Clave o similar, idealmente en rubros industriales, oil & gas, construcción o EPP.
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados, con capacidad de negociación y desarrollo de negocio en entornos B2B.
  • Conocimiento o interés por la dinámica del mercado en Neuquén / Patagonia.
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Neuquén y para realizar viajes dentro de la región.
  • Se valorará manejo de inglés y experiencia previa con marcas técnicas / industriales.
