In House Site Coordinator MELI
, con modalidad presencial en el site de Mercado Libre LA PLATA.

¿Qué harás?

  • Ser el referente presencial de la operación de Chazki en el site de Mercado Libre, coordinando directamente con el responsable operativo del servicenter.
  • Verificar la nómina diaria de conductores, tipo de vehículos y horarios asignados, asegurando la correcta dotación operativa.
  • Controlar la asistencia, presentación personal y cumplimiento de los EPPs, así como los estándares visuales y formales del equipo.
  • Coordinar el orden de estacionamiento y carga de rutas, resolviendo de forma proactiva cualquier conflicto o desvío operativo.
  • Gestionar reemplazos ante ausentismos y detectar oportunidades para sumar flota en caso de contingencias.
  • Brindar soporte remoto post-carga, acompañando a los conductores durante la jornada y gestionando reentregas, recuperos o segundas visitas.
  • Atender incidentes operativos (roturas, siniestros o robos), acompañando los procesos de denuncia y documentación requerida.
  • Reportar diariamente al equipo de Operaciones cualquier incidente, hallazgo o recomendación.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Secundario completo (deseable formación técnica o estudios en Logística).
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en coordinación in situ, asistencia a conductores o roles operativos en entornos logísticos o de servicio.
  • Conocimientos en manejo de plataformas digitales, herramientas de Office y gestión de bases de datos.
  • Competencias clave
