Job Description

Role description:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead Omnichannel projects or Omnichannel section of projects as a part of cross-functional team

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility on providing consultations and expertise on all aspects of Omnichannel and digital marketing.
  • Lead Omnichannel projects or Omnichannel section of projects as a part of cross-functional team.
  • Help colleagues to prepare proposals for clients.
  • Work within Marketing Automation platform and similar tools.
  • Design and construct Customer Journeys.
  • Build, execute and monitor digital campaigns assuring best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign manager, who is responsible for the effectiveness of all campaigns, to streamline the workflow.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns for timely detection of bugs and errors.
  • Prepare initial reports on campaign results.
Qualifications
  • 5+ year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge in email marketing.
  • Expertise on other communication channels: sms, messengers, webinars, etc.
  • Experience with enterprise level Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or similar).
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases).
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Communication and customer-oriented skills.
  • Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop.
  • Team player who is able to create and maintain collaborative and inspiring work environment. 
  • High level of autonomy in the work on the project.
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).
