We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and assist in leveraging HubSpot for our marketing initiatives. Job Description This role is responsible for supporting our marketing efforts through the effective utilization of HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform. The Marketing Automation Specialist will serve as the in‑house HubSpot expert, ensuring data quality, training teams, and integrating HubSpot with other business systems to help the organization reach its marketing goals and support ongoing growth and success. Key Responsibilities Become the in‑house HubSpot expert, customizing and configuring the platform to meet our business requirements. Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness by managing and updating contact lists and segmentation. Assist in generating high‑quality leads and optimizing lead scoring and qualification processes. Provide guidance and training to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use HubSpot’s features and tools. Collaborate on the integration of HubSpot with other business systems and tools used within the organization. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in marketing automation to propose improvements to our marketing strategies. Qualifications 3 + years of prior experience in marketing automation. Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms. Strong grasp of B2B marketing concepts and strategies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. HubSpot certification is a plus. Familiarity with the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
