Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, high-energy, and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing department. This is a "player-coach" role: you will lead and grow our marketing team while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of campaigns. You will be responsible for everything from high-level brand strategy to the fine details of SEO, social reputation, and creative output.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
: Manage and mentor the internal marketing team and external vendors, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and align with brand goals.

Omnichannel Strategy:
Design and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy across SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Email Marketing, and Content.

Brand & Creative Oversight
: Direct the production of all marketing materials, including graphics, video content, and branding assets, ensuring a premium and consistent visual identity.

Reputation Management:
Proactively manage the brand's online presence, including monitoring social media sentiment and managing customer reviews to maintain a stellar reputation.

Performance Tracking
: Analyze KPIs and campaign data to optimize ROI and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Global Expansion
: Adapt and scale marketing efforts for the US and international markets, ensuring the brand resonates with a diverse, global audience.
