Agile Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative focused on optimizing healthcare and pharmaceutical operations through
data modernization, automation, and process optimization
. You'll play a key role in managing
end-to-end delivery of IT projects
, including
system migrations, enterprise software development, and cross-functional collaboration
across distributed teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for
leading multicultural Agile teams
under
Scrum and SAFe frameworks
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You'll collaborate directly with technical, product, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and maintain governance through data-driven reporting and risk management.

You'll also be a strategic partner to client leadership, fostering transparency and trust while driving delivery excellence across a
highly regulated healthcare environment

Your Impact

• Lead planning and execution of
  IT transformation projects
  , including system migrations and software development initiatives
• Manage
  governance, scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment
  across global teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies under
  Scrum and SAFe
  frameworks, ensuring team alignment and measurable delivery outcomes
• Implement
  risk management frameworks
  , assigning ownership and maintaining visibility through tools like
  Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Power BI
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, architecture, product, and compliance, to align delivery with business strategy
• Deliver executive-level reports and updates focused on
  KPIs, project performance, and risk mitigation

Your Skills & Experience

• Minimum
  4+ years of experience
  leading IT projects or programs in multicultural environments
• Proven experience managing
  software development, system migrations, or digital transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of
  Agile (Scrum mandatory)
  and
  SAFe (mandatory)
  methodologies, with certification preferred
• Strong background in
  project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience working in
  regulated or data-sensitive industries
  (healthcare, insurance, banking, or pharma preferred)
• Proficiency with
  Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Azure DevOps
  for project tracking and reporting
• Solid understanding of
  Fixed Price vs. Time & Materials delivery models
  , and how to manage governance and expectations in both
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
  English
  , with the ability to handle executive-level discussions and complex stakeholder alignment

Set Yourself Apart With

• SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP certifications
• Previous experience in healthcare, pharma, or insurance-related digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with
  U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
  and large-scale data modernization initiatives
