Pagos y Conciliación
.

La persona en este rol será responsable de traducir necesidades de negocio en planes ejecutables, equilibrando alcance, costo y calidad, con un enfoque claro en la creación de valor y resultados medibles.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar proyectos de implementación end-to-end para clientes empresariales, asegurando impacto comercial y escalabilidad a largo plazo.
  • Definir, monitorear y reportar KPIs del proyecto asociados a eficiencia operativa, automatización, ROI y resultados de negocio.
  • Gestionar entornos complejos de stakeholders, incluyendo patrocinadores ejecutivos, comités directivos y estructuras de gobernanza multinivel.
  • Impulsar la colaboración entre equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, Operaciones y Customer Success, alineando la entrega con prioridades estratégicas.
  • Anticipar riesgos, gestionar escalaciones y resolver incidentes con sentido de urgencia y enfoque en soluciones.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma y presupuesto, manteniendo flexibilidad frente a prioridades cambiantes.
  • Promover la excelencia operativa y la mejora continua en la ejecución de proyectos.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • +5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, idealmente en Pagos, FinTech u Operaciones Financieras.
  • Experiencia comprobada en proyectos a escala empresarial, con múltiples stakeholders y alto impacto en negocio.
  • Capacidad demostrada para vincular entregables del proyecto con métricas de desempeño empresarial (costos, eficiencia, automatización, NPS, ROI).
  • Sólido entendimiento de flujos de pago, conciliaciones financieras y reporting.
  • Dominio avanzado de metodologías de gestión de proyectos. (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, Agile).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y storytelling, tanto a nivel técnico como de negocio.
  • Alto sentido de ownership, urgencia y toma de decisiones proactiva.
