Job Description
As a Project Manager you will be reporting to the Latin America PMO Manager. You will direct customer facing Engineer to Order (ETO) projects in the Power Control Business (PCB) organization for Latin America. Scope of supply may contain products from the Medium Voltage Business (MVB) and Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LVMCC) business along with 3rd party products and services. You will work with many teams including Commercial Engineering, Application Engineering, Finance, Quality, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) and distribution to deliver a positive experience to our customers. In this position you will be based in our office in Jundiaí (São Paulo, Brazil), or Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais, Brazil).

Your Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery within budget.

Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.

Identify and help resolve project conflicts.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and regulations.

Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment, valuing diverse thoughts and experiences.

Follow all Rockwell Automation applicable procedures.

Develop your activities following the requirements of the current Health, Safety, and Environment legislation and the procedures of Rockwell Automation.

The Essentials - You Will Have
4-year degree from an accredited college or university

2 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Project Management Background (individual or group)

The Preferred - You Might Also Have
3+ years of project management,

2+ years of automation or related experience

PMP certification

Experience communicating (written and verbal) to different levels of the organization, partners.

Experience balancing priorities, details, and moving parts.

Experience recognizing the requirements of partners to bring value to them (a partner).

Experience heading up meetings, delegate tasks, provide feedback

Experience collaborating and build trust with others involved at different levels of company

Experience addressing issues directly, when needed, and keep projects moving.

Experience cooperating with different work styles.

Experience formulating actions from information provided.

Experience making project decisions independently and stand by them.

Technical experience with RA products and technologies
