Product Delivery Manager

Manager, Product Delivery — Issuing Payments (UAT — User Acceptance Testing)

The Manager, Product Delivery — UAT is responsible for leading the functional and automated validation team for Issuing Payments solutions across the Region's key countries. This role ensures end-to-end product and release quality by coordinating test plans, automation, coverage, metrics and stakeholder communications. The manager oversees UAT delivery for issuer clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards and alignment with the regional Issuing Payments strategy.

This position follows a 4x1 schedule (4 days on-site) at our Retiro offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional UAT team for Issuing products and sub-products such as debit, credit and prepaid cards for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private-label brands.
• Define the UAT and test automation strategy for releases and projects.
• Implement automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with functional, regulatory and security requirements.
• Define quality metrics, KPIs and an executive tracking dashboard.
• Manage capacity, resource allocation and escalation of impediments.
• Optimize processes using AI (automatic test-case generation, defect detection, predictive analytics).
• Act as liaison with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Implementations and Client teams.
• Coordinate validation with issuers across multiple LATAM countries.
• Participate in internal, external and regulatory audits.
• Manage risks, deviations and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Payments and/or Issuing.
• Proven experience with payment platforms; experience with platforms such as First, Vision, VisionPLUS and SilverCore is desirable but not required.
• Proven experience in test automation (Selenium, Robot, Playwright, Postman/Newman, JMeter, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of AI applied to testing (test generation, defect analytics, anomaly detection).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and remote teams.
• Advanced English, spoken and written, is mandatory. Interviews will be conducted in English.
