En Oliver Pets (MisPichos en Argentina), la app líder en soluciones online para padres de mascotas (acelerada por Google y destacada por Forbes), buscamos un/a Business Manager con visión integral, sólida formación financiera y mentalidad de crecimiento sostenible para liderar el desarrollo estratégico de nuestro Marketplace. Las principales tareas serán: Liderar el planeamiento financiero y estratégico del Marketplace, con foco en rentabilidad por categoría, eficiencia operativa y maximización del EBITDA . Analizar en profundidad los KPIs clave del negocio (GMV, márgenes, LTV, CAC, cohortes, tiempos de entrega, satisfacción del cliente, etc.) y definir acciones para mejorar los resultados. Desarrollar la relación con los principales partners comerciales desde una lógica de rentabilidad y contribución al negocio. Coordinar la ejecución de planes de negocio junto a equipos de IT, Administración, Logística y Comercial, garantizando una visión integrada y centrada en la mejora del service level Preparar informes financieros y de performance para el CEO y posibles inversores. Explorar tendencias de mercado, evolución del consumidor y benchmarking competitivo para anticipar oportunidades. Requisitos Pasión por las mascotas, no negociable
