Project Manager

Sidetool is a dynamic and fast-growing software development agency. Our mission is to simplify complex operational challenges by integrating AI into our customers' apps and workflows, securely connecting business data, utilizing preferred models, and delivering custom AI tools tailored to their business needs. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Sidetool, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion and delivery of projects. Responsibilities Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements Allocate resources and track project progress to ensure successful delivery Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent organizational and leadership skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Experience working with cross‑functional teams Proficient in project management tools and software English (B2 Business).
