Chief of Staff (CoS)

Es un rol estratégico que actúa como el brazo derecho del CEO, facilitando la ejecución de la visión de la empresa, gestionando prioridades estratégicas. Actua como punto de contacto centralizado para coordinar operaciones, estrategias y comunicación con líderes clave.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Facilitar la toma de decisiones con análisis de datos y reportes ejecutivos.
  • Servir como enlace entre el CEO y los líderes de la organización.
  • Gestionar reuniones ejecutivas, definir agendas y garantizar el seguimiento de decisiones
  • Filtrar, estructurar y priorizar temas clave antes de que lleguen al CEO
  • Manejar la comunicación interna de la alta dirección.
  • Crear dashboards y reportes en herramientas como Power BI para la toma de decisiones
  • Supervisar proyectos de alto impacto que involucren varias áreas de la empresa.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs y mtricas estratégicas.
  • Optimizar procesos y buscar mejoras en eficiencia y productividad.

Requisitos

  • Alto seniority con experiencia en estrategia, operaciones y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad analítica y dominio de herramientas digitales. Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo para influenciar equipos ejecutivos.
  • Alta capacidad de gestión del tiempo y multitasking.
