Plan the learning-teaching strategy together with the Lead teachers and PLT.
Promote diverse and inclusive learning environments collaboratively with the Learning support Team.
Ongoing review and development of the curriculum.
Develop and support a productive, positive and effective team of staff.
Contribute to professional development and staff recruitment and onboarding.
