Job Summary: The Service Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures. They are accountable for the smooth operational efficiency of the New Accounts section, Accounting, and Investment. Additionally, the Service Manager supports the branch's marketing efforts by cross‑selling bank products and services and ensuring that staff members fully understand these offerings to meet client demands and achieve the branch's targets. The Service Manager reports directly to the Branch Head. They also interact and collaborate with the Customer Relations Assistant, as well as all officers and staff of the branch, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, he may coordinate directly with officers and personnel from support units and other branches as necessary to ensure the branch's actions are consistent with the Bank's standard policies and procedures. Job Specifications / Qualifications: Educational Background: A Bachelor's/College Degree Holder Professional Experience: With 3 – 4 years of experience in branch banking operations. Knowledge and Skills Required: Persuasion/marketing skills; Service Quality Management, good interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Power Point and Excel). #J-18808-Ljbffr
