The Head of PTP Delivery is responsible for all operational aspects of the PTP delivery out of the GBS Center. He/she leads all PTP teams in the respective center and works closely with the GSO STP.
**Main responsibilities**:
People management
- Lead the PTP delivery teams in the centre (From Request to Invoice payment)
- Perform goal setting and performance review for PTP team managers
- Plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures
- Plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans
Solution performance & improvement management
- Monitor PTP delivery performance against operational targets and take action to resolve gaps
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with GSO STP, GSE PTP and DTC and EDM team members
- Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions
- Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation
Governance, stakeholder & controls
- Act as an escalation point in case of process/system issues & questions
- Support the GSO STP in preparing and executing tactical governance alignment with functions/divisions
- Secure ICS conformity, incl. SOD catalogue management and related mitigation controls
Budget management
- Propose, monitor and control operational PTP budget within the scope and take required actions
